Hatley Brothers II Roofing & Construction is a licensed and bonded company incorporated in 1994. Ke’Elronn Hatley, the owner and operator of Hatley Bros. II Roofing and Construction became involved in the family business at the age of fifteen after following in the footsteps of his father, the late James Hatley Sr. who passed his skills and knowledge down to his sons Ke'Elronn and Greg. Since the start of Hatley Bros. II Roofing & Construction, the company has completed over 10,000 residential and commercial projects in Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas and Louisiana.
Giving Back
Annually, on Mother’s Day, the company hosts “Weathering the Weathered”, a family fun program which awards a FREE OF CHARGE full-roof replacement to a lucky elderly woman.
